Working with us begins by you reaching out. Even if it is a small question as you navigate what option is best for you, do not hesitate to ask. If you are considering a custom order, we will send you a list of questions to help us capture your vision for the project. Do not worry if you do not have an answer for all of those questions as many of them do not need to be decided until the design phase.

Ask us anything! Even if you do not think custom is right for you, we would love the opportunity to provide you with all the information you need to determine what makes us different and what you can expect from us and others.

We provide an idea of the cost so that you can make the right decision for you. There is no cost for this estimate and is usually based on simple things like size, style and wood choice.

Once you decide to move forward, we will collect a $500 deposit that is fully credited to your final invoice. During this phase we discuss every little detail to include finishing colors/stains number/location size of drawers or special inserts and generate either CAD or sketched design renderings. This phase will also include walk-throughs and measurements of current spaces as well as in-person meetings and physical color/design samples to ensure that you get exactly what you want. We can also help guide you through these decisions as it may seem overwhelming all at once.

Once you have approved the final design and signed colored samples, we collect a 50% deposit and order all materials and start on your project.

We build, assemble and finish all that we can in the shop to minimize the disruption of your space. Once all of that is complete, we disassemble and load everything to deliver and install. This may take a few hours to a few weeks depending on the scope of the project, but all of that will be communicated clearly and scheduled in advance.

Once everything is installed, we collect the final payment and review. We will also leave you with a care kit with materials and instructions for keeping your new piece in its best condition.
